ABOUT

This is the path that brought me back to myself, and why I now guide others to do the same

Disconnection as a starting point

People often ask about the key ‘aha’ moments in my life that set me on this journey of rediscovering my Self, or however else you want to call it.

But what I’ve come to see is that life itself is one unfolding realisation.

And I didn’t arrive at this work through theory alone.

I arrived here through my own patterns, my own disconnection from the body, and the realisation that you can’t always think your way out of things.

I thought I was doing the work, but in truth it was only happening in my mind.

Internally, there was still tension, confusion, and a sense of being disconnected from myself.

And what I’ve come to see is, how many of us live in this disconnection

And many of the people I now work with feel the same way:
aware, reflective, doing “the work”…
yet still feeling stuck in the same patterns and reactions.

What if all the things you’ve been trying to fix,
are actually here to free you?

To break free you first need to stay

With all the “mind work”, the goal-setting, the pushing through, the ignoring of bodily signals, there came a turning point

Where trying to fix myself stopped working.

What began to move things wasn’t more thinking, learning about patterns, or attending more workshops,
but learning how to be with what I was feeling.

To sit with discomfort.
To feel what I had learned to avoid.
To listen to my body instead of overriding it.

That’s where things began to change.

The key is in the body and the heart

The work I now offer is not about fixing you.

It’s about guiding you back into a relationship with yourself, not just through the mind,

but through the body

through the heart.

Because your patterns don’t live in your mind alone.

They live in your nervous system.

And felt change happens when you learn how to:

  • feel what’s there, without being consumed by it

  • recognise your patterns as they arise

  • choose to respond differently, instead of reacting automatically

So not getting rid of, but cultivating a different relationship

This is where self-trust begins.

“I liked the way Aljona guided me towards areas I would have avoided myself. It was in a way I felt safe and supported”.

— Sandra

The shift isn’t in what you feel, but in how you meet what you feel

Through this work, you begin to:

  • feel more grounded in yourself

  • move through emotions instead of suppressing or overthinking them

  • understand your patterns without being controlled by them

  • build a deeper sense of self-trust

  • relate to yourself, the others, and the world around you, with more honesty and clarity

Not perfectly. But differently.

I’m not here to fix you or give you answers.

I’m here to:

  • hold space for what is real for you

  • guide you back into your body

  • gently challenge where you stay stuck

  • and support you in taking responsibility for your life

At your pace. But honestly.

If something in this resonates, you don’t have to figure it out alone
