You’re self-aware, you’re doing the work,
but still find yourself stuck in patterns, overthinking,
or disconnected from what you actually feel and want.
This is deeply human.
And it’s not an “error” that you need to fix.
It’s a signal to listen.
That some things lie deeper, beyond the mind.
And sometimes, the key is not to do more, but less.
Slowing down.
Listening.
Staying present when you would normally turn away.
Through body-led exploration, the work I do helps you cultivate greater self-awareness, self-trust, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself and your life.

I am Aljona,
a trauma-informed somatic coach & meditation facilitator
I believe that:
⟡ life experiences are not simply things that happen to us, but through us and for us.
⟡ this work is deeply supportive because it helps to cultivate trust in yourself first of all, and trust in life itself.
⟡ while we cannot always control what happens to us, we can learn to meet life with greater presence and compassion.
⟡ every human being already carries the wisdom they seek within themselves.
That the thoughts and emotions are not our enemies. But gateways that allow us to return to a whole sense of Self.
And if we slow down enough, we can remember the truth that has always been there.
I believe that:
